I’ve been sewing since I was very young, and it remains one of my favorite creative outlets. Before college, I trained under a seamstress and worked at an atelier, where I learned how to take a draped piece of fabric on a mannequin and develop it into a finished garment. The process taught me patience, precision, and how to trust my eye. I still return to sewing as a side hobby whenever I want to slow down, experiment, and create something by hand.
